1. Privacy Policy Information We Collect: We collect your name, email address, and the HOA documents you upload via Typeform to provide our financial review service. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store your credit card information. We also use standard tracking technologies (such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixels) to understand how visitors interact with our site and to measure ad performance.

How We Use Your Data: Your documents are used strictly to generate your risk report. We use third-party tools (including secure cloud storage and AI processing APIs) to analyze these documents. All uploaded files are permanently deleted 30 days after your final report is delivered. We do not sell your personal data or financial documents to third parties.

2. Terms of Service Scope of Service: CondoAccountant (operated by TREI Capital LLC) provides an independent financial review of the HOA documents you provide. We are not providing a certified audit, official appraisal, or legal advice. Our findings are based solely on the completeness and accuracy of the documents submitted by you.

Refund Policy: Because our service requires immediate human and computational resources, we do not offer refunds once the review process has begun. If your documents are entirely missing or illegible, we will notify you and issue a full refund. For Express Reports, if we fail to deliver your results within the 12-hour window, your $100 upgrade fee will be automatically refunded.
